ABOUT PERCEPTIONLEVEL
Built on data expertise.
Evolving into trading technology.
Founded in 2019, PerceptionLevel began as a consultancy specialising in big data engineering and data science. Its consulting work included services through Timestamp on Farfetch projects, bringing practical experience in data integration, cloud platforms and complex data pipelines.
In 2026, we expanded into trading automation, applying that engineering foundation to MetaTrader 5 software and custom solutions based on clients’ trading ideas. This new business area also includes real-time signals delivered through Telegram and individual training on strategies and software use.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE VISION
Paulo Meireles
Founder & CEOEngineering experience. A long-standing interest in markets.
Paulo Meireles brings a career spanning IT, software development, project management and data engineering. His experience includes senior and principal data engineering roles at Timestamp, consultancy on Farfetch projects and data architecture and leadership at Geolog. He holds a degree in Computer Science.
His technical background includes Python, SQL, Spark, cloud data platforms and process automation, complemented by experience as a technical trainer. Together with his personal trading journey since 2006, this informs PerceptionLevel’s approach: understand the strategy, define the rules and implement software that the client can understand and use.
